Who is responsible

Logi Way LTD, which operates GETWAY, operates Doorvo.

What we keep

• Business owners: account email and the details of the booking page they create.
• Customers: booking details — name, email, an optional phone number and the address for the job.
• Workers invited by a business owner: email and name.
• In the mobile app: photos you take with the camera or choose from your library and attach to a job, and notes you type on a job.
• In the mobile app, if you allow notifications: a push notification token for your device.

Why

To run bookings, show the day list, send emails about bookings and let businesses track their jobs and payments.

Where it is stored

On a server in the EU (AWS eu-central-1).

Services we use

• Amazon SES to send email.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim to find addresses on a map.
• Push notifications, only if you turn them on in your device. They are delivered through the Expo push service together with Apple and Google.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• Our analytics are collected without personal data.
• We show no ads and do not track you across other apps or websites.
• The mobile app does not use your location. Addresses are typed in by you or your customer.
• The app asks for the camera and photo library only when you add a photo to a job.

Cookies

We use small cookies to keep you signed in and to remember language and display choices.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data through the contact form in the Help center. Retention periods will be set in the final version after legal review.

Delete your account

You can delete your account in the mobile app and on the web. The steps, and what we keep for legal reasons, are on the account deletion page: /account-deletion.
