Card payments let a customer pay you from a link, inside Doorvo. Availability depends on your country. If you do not see “Get paid by card” in Settings or My business, it is not available for your country yet.
Where it is available:
- The owner or a manager connects a payout account on the payment partner’s page. Doorvo never sees your bank details.
- On a job, choose “Request payment”. You see the amount, the Doorvo fee and what you receive before you create the link, then send it by the share sheet, WhatsApp or SMS.
- The customer pays on the partner’s page, with no app and no account. The job is marked paid by itself.
- The money goes to your own account through the payment partner. Doorvo never holds it.
- Refunds are made from the job. The Doorvo fee is returned with them.
There is a Doorvo fee on each card payment made through Doorvo, and the payment partner charges its own card fee. Both are shown before you send the request. The plan itself stays free.
Receipts come from the payment partner. Doorvo does not issue tax invoices. Payment tracking still works for cash and other payments you record yourself.
