Import jobs from a file

If your supplier or employer sends you a list of jobs, you can bring it into Doorvo instead of typing it.
- Open “Plan my day” and choose “Import from a file”.
- Choose a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file. Older .xls files are not read: save them as .xlsx or CSV first.
- Doorvo finds the columns by their names, in Hebrew or English, and by what the values look like. Check the match and change any column that is wrong.
- Look at the preview. Duplicates are skipped. Rows that cannot be used, for example with no address, are listed with their row number.
- Confirm. Each job goes where it adds the least driving.
A single time like 09:30 becomes a 30-minute arrival window. A range like 9-12 is kept: the stop is never placed outside it. Dates are read day first, except for businesses in the US.
A job whose address cannot be found, or that has no room that day, is kept under “No time yet”, so nothing is lost. Finding addresses takes about a second per new address, so a long list can take a while.
